Maimonides Fund’s viewpoint diversity work encourages Jewish organizations and their leadership to create forums for sharing different perspectives in open and respectful dialogue. Through leadership workshops and Perspectives for Jewish Organizations – a training program for Jewish communal staff at all levels – we strengthen our communal muscle to engage with complex, even uncomfortable ideas, creating a culture where we can disagree agreeably and learn from each other’s perspectives.
